“Hibernation Mode” Circuit; for those days that you’re snowed in at home, a.k.a today!

If you’re like me today….you’re probably one of the many people that are stuck at home and can’t leave the house due to #snowmaggedon number 500 this year. Instead of being bored out of your mind and watching Netflix on your couch all day ( yes you can still do that for most of the day), try this intense circuit which can be done anywhere in your home without any weights or equipment. Happy Sunday Fitfam, hope you’re all having an awesome weekend!! In honour of the 100000034382432083’s of calories that are about to be consumed today due to Superbowl Sunday, I thought I’d play around in the kitchen with a calorie friendly recipe. This morning’s WOD was the stair master followed by some core work and Muay Thai style sparring. So it was only natural that I had to feed the beast post-workout. This recipe was super easy to make, all natural, gluten and dairy free! Most importantly it tastes absolutely delicious and I’d be hard pressed to say it doesn’t taste like one of those coffee cakes you’d pick up from your local bakery (minus the sugar, fat, and calories). Hey, life’s all about balance…if you’re going to be diving into those chicken wings, nachos, and beers today make sure you enjoy it to the fullest!
